This rules page is for the Social Scavenger Hunt which is to be hosted at Polar dessert Bar, from 17th November 2026.
We want to ensure that anyone coming to these events feels comfortable, welcome and, most importantly, safe. In order to do this we have some basic guidelines:
This is not a dating event and should not be treated as such. People are attending to meet potential friends and do not want to be harassed.

You can attend alone, or with one friend. No big groups however, this is all about meeting new people.

Friends can stay together when placed into groups.

No obligation to purchase anything from Polar, before or after the event.

Stay with your team for the full duration of the scavenger hunt.

Respect normal road rules and pedestrian crossings.

Attendees can leave at any time, no questions asked.

Photos/videos can be taken (and sometimes encouraged) but any attendees can opt out of being included in these

Polar may ask anyone behaving inappropriately, or making others uncomfortable, to leave
